2026年4月27日，“一带一路”中国(贵州)—南亚、东南亚工商界合作对话会在贵州省国际会议中心贵州厅3（贵州饭店）隆重举行。本次活动由中国经济联络中心、贵州省外事办公室主办，贵州省商务厅、贵州省工商业联合会、贵阳市人民政府、贵州省外经贸集团协办。来自马尔代夫、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、尼泊尔、马来西亚、菲律宾、孟加拉国、泰国、印度、越南等9个国家的政商界联合考察团成员，与中方政府代表及企业负责人共聚一堂，共话合作新机遇。

On April 27, 2026, the Belt and Road China (Guizhou)-South and Southeast Asia Business Dialogue was held at Guizhou Hall 3, Guizhou International Conference Center (Guizhou Hotel), Guiyang. The event was hosted by the China Economic Cooperation Center (CECC) and the Guizhou Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and supported by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, Guizhou Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Guiyang Municipal People’s Government, and Guizhou Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Group. A joint inspection delegation of political and business representatives from nine countries, including the Maldives, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, India, and Vietnam, gathered with Chinese government officials and corporate leaders to explore new opportunities for cooperation.

As an outstanding representative of high-tech enterprises in Guizhou Province, Guiyang Fangzhou Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fangzhou Technology”) was invited to attend this dialogue. Since its establishment in 1998, Fangzhou Technology has focused on smart cities, public security, digital infrastructure, and industrial digitalization, and is recognized as one of China’s top 100 security enterprises. The company has participated in the construction of safe city projects in nearly 30 cities in China and successfully implemented several safe city projects in Pakistan, accumulating rich international engineering experience and system integration capabilities.

在09:37-10:22的外方代表发言环节，印尼民族觉醒党外联主席、前国会议员、PT Petrokimia Gresik独立专员卢露克（Luluk Nur Hamidah）女士介绍了印尼在清真产业、人力资源开发以及能源转型方面的合作需求。会后，卢露克女士与方舟科技代表进行了深入交流，双方就数字农业服务、智慧工业园区安防系统等潜在合作方向交换了意见。

During the foreign representatives’ speeches from 09:37 to 10:22, Ms. Luluk Nur Hamidah, Chair of Foreign Relations of the Indonesian National Awakening Party, former member of parliament, and Independent Commissioner of PT Petrokimia Gresik, presented Indonesia’s cooperation needs in halal industry, human resources development, and energy transition. After the session, Ms. Luluk had an in-depth discussion with Fangzhou Technology’s representative, exchanging views on potential cooperation in digital agricultural services and security systems for smart industrial parks.

在10:30-11:30的经贸对接交流环节，现场分为六个小组，每桌配备翻译。方舟科技代表积极参加了桌4（马来西亚2人、斯里兰卡1人）和桌5（马来西亚1人、斯里兰卡1人、马尔代夫1人）的讨论，与斯里兰卡副全国召集人塞纳拉特·赫瓦格（Dr. Senarath Hewage）、尼泊尔星标贸易有限公司执行主席希马德里·塔帕（Himadri Thapa）以及孟加拉国热带家园房地产有限责任公司董事瓦希乌尔·胡达（Dr. Md. Wasiul Huda）等外方嘉宾建立了直接联系。

During the business matching session from 10:30 to 11:30, participants were divided into six groups with interpreters at each table. Fangzhou Technology’s representative actively joined discussions at Table 4 (Malaysia 2 persons, Sri Lanka 1 person) and Table 5 (Malaysia 1 person, Sri Lanka 1 person, Maldives 1 person). Direct contacts were established with Dr. Senarath Hewage, Deputy National Organizer of Sri Lanka, Mr. Himadri Thapa, Executive Chairman of Star Mark Trading Pvt. Ltd. (Nepal), and Dr. Md. Wasiul Huda, Director of Tropical Homes Limited (Bangladesh), among other foreign guests.

会议期间，方舟科技代表向多位外方嘉宾介绍了公司在智慧城市、大数据、人工智能赋能传统产业以及跨境数字基础设施领域的核心能力，并重点分享了公司在巴基斯坦拉合尔、南卡纳等城市成功实施安全城市项目的经验。外方嘉宾对方舟科技在数字安防和ICT系统集成方面的技术实力表示高度认可，并表达了在数字治理、智慧交通、公共安全等领域的合作意愿。

During the conference, Fangzhou Technology’s representative introduced the company’s core capabilities in smart cities, big data, AI-enabled traditional industries, and cross-border digital infrastructure. Special emphasis was placed on sharing the company’s successful experience in implementing safe city projects in Lahore, Nankana Sahib, and other Pakistani cities. Foreign guests highly recognized Fangzhou Technology’s technical strength in digital security and ICT system integration, and expressed willingness to cooperate in digital governance, smart transportation, and public security.

中国经济联络中心主任可志忠在致辞中指出，中国同南亚、东南亚各国是山水相连的好邻邦和命运与共的合作伙伴，希望各方抓住机遇、深化交流。贵州省外事办公室副主任刘宝昌表示，此次对话会旨在搭建精准对接、互利共赢的交流平台，让各国资源与贵州产业优势充分对接。

Mr. Ke Zhizhong, President of the China Economic Cooperation Center, noted in his address that China and South & Southeast Asian countries are good neighbors linked by mountains and rivers and partners for a shared future. He encouraged all sides to seize opportunities and deepen exchanges. Mr. Liu Baochang, Deputy Director of the Guizhou Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, stated that the dialogue aims to build a precise matchmaking and win-win exchange platform, fully connecting the resources of various countries with Guizhou’s industrial advantages.

方舟科技负责人表示，公司将充分利用本次对话会成果，依托“一带一路”倡议和“数字丝绸之路”建设机遇，继续深耕南亚、东南亚市场。下一步，方舟科技计划与斯里兰卡、尼泊尔、印度尼西亚等国的合作伙伴在数字基础设施、智慧安全城市、人工智能+传统产业等领域开展实质性项目对接，助力区域数字经济发展，实现互利共赢。

The head of Fangzhou Technology stated that the company will make full use of the outcomes of this dialogue, relying on the Belt and Road Initiative and the Digital Silk Road, to further cultivate the South and Southeast Asian markets. Going forward, Fangzhou Technology plans to conduct substantial project matchmaking with partners from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia and other countries in areas such as digital infrastructure, smart safe cities, and AI-enabled traditional industries, contributing to the regional digital economy and achieving mutual benefits.
