第二届中国-巴基斯坦B2B投资峰会于2025年9月3-4日在中国北京举行，贵阳方舟科技股份有限公司受邀参加。

The Second Pakistan-China B2B Investment Conference was held in Beijing, China on September 3-4, 2025. Guiyang Fangzhou Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to participate.

2025年9月3日，来自中国“数谷”--贵阳市的贵阳方舟科技有限公司董事长罗纲举先生一行三人，在北京中国大饭店会见巴基斯坦规划部（Federal Minister & Deputy Chairman Planning Development and Special Initiatives Government of Pakistan）部长Prof. Ahsan Iqbal一行。

On September 3, 2025, Mr. Luo Gangju, Chairman of Guiyang Fangzhou Technology Co., Ltd. and his team from Guiyang City, Digital Valley of China, met with Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, Minister of Federal Minister & Deputy Chairman Planning Development and Special Initiatives Government of Pakistan in China World Hotel, Beijing.

罗纲举先生首先介绍了方舟科技的发展历史以及在智慧城市、安全城市、数据中心和智慧防汛领域的业绩。随后，罗纲举先生着重介绍了公司在指挥防汛和智慧环保的研发成果，特别是AI技术在智慧防汛领域的应用。Prof. Ahsan Iqbal先生对方舟科技的“山洪灾害、江河洪水、水库风险、城市内涝”等数字治理解决方案和在中国成功且丰富实践尤感兴趣。Prof. Ahsan Iqbal先生对于防汛方面的治理和预防等内容提出若干针对性提问，方舟科技罗先生做了一一回应。双方达成共识，将尽快组织双方工程师召开线上视频会议。

Mr. Luo firstly introduced the history of Fangzhou Tech's development and its achievements in the field of smart cities, safe cities, data centers and smart flood control. Afterwards, he highlighted the company's R&D achievements in intelligent flood control and intelligent environmental protection, especially the application of AI technology in the field of the former. Mr. Ahsan Iqbal was particularly interested in Fangzhou Tech's digital governance solutions for “flash floods, river disasters, reservoir risks and urban waterlogging” and its successful and rich practice in China. At the same time, he raised a number of targeted questions about flood control governance and prevention, to which Mr. Luo responded one by one. Both sides reached a consensus to arranged an online video meeting between engineers from both sides as soon as possible.

方舟科技罗先生承诺，方舟科技将很快派出防洪防汛的数字治理专家赴巴基斯坦做现场踏勘，提出有针对性的符合巴基斯坦实情的技术方案。罗纲举先生还说，方舟科技乐意将中国的先进数字技术赋能中巴数字走廊，因为我们是“兄弟”。

Mr. Luo promised that, if necessary, we will dispatch flood control digital governance experts to Pakistan to do field research, so as to put forward in line with the actual situation of Pakistan's targeted technical solutions. Mr. Luo also said that Fangzhou Tech would be glad to empower the China-Pakistan Digital Corridor with China's advanced digital technology, because we are “brothers”.

随后，方舟科技向巴基斯坦规划部赠送富有中国贵州民族特色的纪念礼品。最后，双方在愉快的合影中结束此次会议。

Later on, Fangzhou Tech presented a souvenir to the Ministry of Planning of Pakistan, which was rich in the national characteristics of Guizhou. Finally, the meeting came to an end with a pleasant group photo.
