2025年9月4日，贵阳方舟科技有限公司董事长罗纲举先生一行，在中国北京会见巴基斯坦软件出口委员会CEO和特别投资促进委员会高层官员。

On September 4, 2025, Mr. Luo Gangju, the chairman of Guiyang Fangzhou Technology Co., Ltd., along with his team, met with the CEO of the Pakistan Software Export Committee and senior officials of the Special Investment Promotion Committee in Beijing, China.

罗纲举先生首先介绍了方舟科技在AI视觉技术的研发和应用成果，以及在智慧城市、安全城市、数据中心、智慧环保和智慧防汛等领域的业绩。罗纲举先生说，方舟科技和传统的交换机和摄像机的硬件生产厂商不一样，是已经成立28年的软件系统集成商，擅长为巴基斯坦客户提供性价比最优的整体技术解决方案。

Mr. Luo first introduced the research and application achievements of Fangzhou Technology in AI visual technology, as well as its experience in the fields of smart cities, safe cities, data centers, smart environmental protection and smart flood control. He said that Fangzhou Technology is different from traditional hardware manufacturers of switches and cameras. It is a software system integrator that has been established for 28 years and is skilled at providing the most cost-effective overall technical solutions for Pakistani customers.

罗纲举还说，我们对巴基斯坦的未来充满信心，我们将持续努力将中国的视觉AI技术和视频监控摄像机的研发和生产逐步巴基斯坦本土化。特别投资促进委员会官员说，我们期待方舟科技的软硬件产品在巴基斯坦本地化生产，巴基斯坦政府和有关部门将为像方舟科技这样的科技企业提供便利和帮助。

Mr. Luo also said that we are full of confidence in Pakistan's future. Fangzhou Technology will continue to strive to gradually localize China's visual AI technology and development and production of video surveillance cameras in Pakistan. The officials of the Special Investment Promotion Committee said that they look forward to the localization production of Fangzhou Technology's products in Pakistan. The Pakistani government and relevant departments will provide convenience and assistance to technology enterprises like Fangzhou Technology.

会议讨论热烈，双方一致约定，尽快安排线下会议，将方舟科技的在巴基斯坦的事业构想落地。双方还表示，要把此次会议精神逐项逐步落实在后续工作之中，把会议精神落到实处，促进中巴友谊不断向前。
